remember to let the on site agents know that you are working with Don Reser and
Apartment Selector that is how we are paid for our services. My services are
free to you - I receive a referral fee if you are directed to AND lease a
property that I referred you to. I need your assistance however...please write
my name DON RESER on any guest cards you complete as the person who referred
you to the property. Also if you do lease REMIND your leasing agent to write my
name AGAIN in the space provided on your lease. This in NO WAY affects the
amount of your rent or your deposit. This is possible because my fee is paid by
the apartment communities advertising/marketing budget. When you do lease,
please send me an email or phone me directly to let me know where you have
leased and your apartment number so that I may follow up with your leasing
office

your representative, please call me to let me know; this is how I get
