Property Amenities:

 

The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a swimming pool.  There is reserved and covered parking.  The property is pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet. 

 

Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have dishwashers, disposals, frost free refrigerators. The kitchens have pantries.   Selected units have patios or balconies, walk in closets, outside storage, and wood burning fireplaces.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed Sunday.  Lease terms available are 6,  9, 12, and 13 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a refundable deposit of $250 to $350.   You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is reserved and covered parking available.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300.  $150 of the deposit is not refundable.  You are limited to two pets with a 20 pound per pet weight limit.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.  There is a charge for water and sewer.  Pest control is paid by the property.

 

Directions:

 

From I-35, US-81 going Northeast and exit 185 I-35-BL N to New Braunfels and FM-1044. Continue on Spur Street to West San Antonio Street. Turns left on North Walnut and then turn right on Floral and go north.

If BRAUNFELS HAUS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
