Why Landmark?

 

The apartments were built in 2005.  There are 286 apartment units.  The property is a renovation of an old industrial building on the Comal River.  There are lofts in the renovated building and new garden apartment construction as well.

 

Students presently attend Schurz Elementary, New Braunfels Middle School, and New Braunfels High School of the New Braunfels Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home.  The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 5.  Lease terms available are 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of from $40 to $50.  There is a deposit requirement of from $150 to $250.  You need to make 3 times the rent or have a co-signer that makes this qualification.

 

Pets are allowed with a $250 per pet deposit.  $250 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is a no per month pet rent and you are limited to two under 80 pounds in weight.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

Pest control is paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water, and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

From IH-35, take the McQueeney exit #187.  Go west on Seguin Ave. to town square.  Follow Seguin around the square, veer right onto Landa Street.  Landmark is on the right, just past Landa Park Drive.

If LANDMARK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
