Why should I choose Alta Stone Oak as my new home?

 

The apartment complex was built in 2006.  There are 250 units.  This is a new property on a hill overlooking much of Stone Oak.  The property is very close to the LDS San Antonio Temple and all the other attractions of the Stone Oak development, including the Sonterra Country Club.

 

Children presently attend Stone Oak Elementary, Tejeda Middle School, and Mac Arthur High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a resort style swimming pool.  There is a clubhouse, conference room, fitness center, and business center.  There is perimeter fence with controlled access entry.   There are clothes care centers.  There are detached garages and covered parking.  There is school bus pickup.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, ceiling fans, and mini-blinds for window treatments.  The gourmet kitchens have disposals, pantries, dishwashers, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and microwaves.  There are balconies or patios and walk in closets.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.  There is a car care center.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 7, and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $45.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of $100 to $200.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is assigned covered parking available. Garages are available.

 

Pets are allowed with a $350 to $600 per pet deposit.  $200 to $400 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is a no per month per pet rent and you are limited to two pets.   Certain breeds are restricted.  The property is unable to accept the following dogs: Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Chows (of any kind), German Shepherd, Doberman Pincher Breeds and Bull Mastiff.  Pets are limited to 70 pounds. 

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

The property accepts short term leases.

 

There is a senior discount available.

 

Pest control fees are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, sewer, and trash removal.  Electric, cable, telephone, and internet are at the expensive of the tenant.

From 1604 go north on Stone Oak Parkway, then turn left on Hardy Oak Blvd.  We are on the left.

If ALTA STONE OAK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
