Audubon Place is located in the north central corridor on Nacogdoches Road. The property was built in 1984 and has 262 units. Children go to Oak Grove Elementary, Garner Middle School and Mac Arthur High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you found the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use (after many informational questions) asks how you found the apartment. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” The application lists a number of alternatives. You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. This will not effect your application in anyway. If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a clubhouse, fitness center, and business center. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, and volleyball court. The property has clothes care centers. The property is fenced and has access gates.
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments and walk in closets. The kitchens have dishwashers, disposals, and pantries. Select units have wood burning fire places, vaulted ceilings, dry and wet bars. The property offers washer dryer rental. The units are pre-wired for cable television, high speed internet and telephone. There are intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Saturday 9 to 6, Saturday and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a refundable deposit of from $100 to $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 40 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters. Gas and pest control are paid by the property. There is a charge for trash, water, and sewer. Telephone, cable television, and internet if desired by the tenant are paid by the tenant.
There is a senior discount.

From Loop 410 East, exit Nacogdoches. Turn left and go north about 2.5 miles. Audubon is on the left.

If AUDUBON PLACE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
