Apartments?
Brackenridge Apartments (formerly Mulberry Hill) are located to the east off Broadway on Mulberry. They are just to the west of the west side of Ft. Sam Houston. The property is composed of two bedroom flats of the same floor plan. They were built in 1960 and remodeled in 1995. There are 62 units.
Children attend Lamar Elementary, Twain Middle School and Fox Tech High School of the San Antonio Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
There is 24 hour emergency maintenance. The property has a swimming pool and laundry room. There is covered parking and a perimeter fence.
The kitchens have a pantry, dishwashers, and disposals. Other apartment amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. There are private balconies or patios. Outside storage is available. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, closed Saturday and Sunday. Lease terms available are 6 and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $25. There is a refundable deposit requirement of $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is covered parking.
Pets are allowed with a $250 deposit per pet. $250 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to one pet under 10 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters. Trash and pest control is paid for by the property.
Corporate housing is available.

If BRACKENRDIGE HILL APARTMENTS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
