Why should I make Brandon Oaks Apartments my new apartment home?

 

This property is located just off Blanco Road, near the Wurzbach Parkway.  There are two neighboring apartment projects, Villas of Vista Del Norte and Salado and Salado Springs.  Brando Oaks was built in 1986 and remodeled in 2004.  There are 276 units.  This property has many amenities and features of new apartment construction.

 

Children presently attend Harmony Hills Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School, and Churchill High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a perimeter fence and access gate.  There is fitness center and sports court.  There is a swimming pool and clubhouse.  There is school bus pickup and a playground.  There is a picnic area and barbeque grills.  There are clothes care centers.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, and disposals.  Select units have built in bookcases, walk in closets, bay windows, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, dry or wet bars, and a patio or balcony.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.

 

The units have intrusion alarms.

 

Short term leases are accepted.

 

There are corporate or furnished apartments for rent.

 

Washer dryers are available for rental.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5, and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a deposit requirement of from $100 to $300.  $50 to $70 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Washer dryers are available for rental at $32 per month.

 

Pets are allowed with a $500 per pet deposit.  $350 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is a no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 25 pounds in weight.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

The property accepts short terms leases.

 

The property has furnished apartments.

 

Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

From Loop 410, go north on Blanco 1/2 mile past Churchill High. Turn right at the light on Vista del Norte. Go one block and we're on the right.

If BRANDON OAKS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
