Why should I make Carmel at Deerfield my new apartment home?
Carmel at Deerfield is located in the Deerfield area of Blanco Road on Bitters. The property was once run jointly with the upscale Escalante, but now operates independently. Carmel at Deerfield has 228 units and was built in 1985.
Students presently go to Huebner Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School and Churchill High School of the Northeast Independent School District..

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a fitness center, putting green, tennis court, and basketball court. There is a business center and residents lounge. There are clothes care center and a swimming pool. There is reserved covered parking. There is on site management and package receiving.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. There are washer dryer connections. There are intrusion alarms. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service. Select units have wood burning fire places and walk in closets.

Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 6, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 4. Lease terms available are 3, 6 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 to $70. There is a deposit requirement of from $150 to $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $300 to $400 deposit per pet. $150 to $100 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 25 pounds. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
Pest control is paid by the property and there is a charge to tenants for trash, water and sewer.
There is a senior discount.

If CARMEL AT DEERFIELD is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
