Why Cenizo Flats?

 

This is a very beautiful complex in Oakwell Farms along a tree shady road.  The property is designed around unique courtyards in Southwestern style.  The apartment was built in 2000 and there are 150 units.  This property stays very full and Heather does a very good job of managing the property. 

 

Children presently attend Northwood Elementary, Garner Middle School, and MacArthur High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There property has a perimeter fence with access gates.  There are detached garages and covered parking.  There is a business center with high speed internet.  There is a swimming pool, fitness center, and jogging trails.  There is barbeque grills and picnic area.  There is a clubhouse.  There are laundry rooms.  There is school bus pickup.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans, mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have a place to eat, custom cabinetry, pantry, dishwasher, disposal, and frost free refrigerator with ice maker.  Other apartment amenities include vaulted ceilings, built in bookshelves, patios or balconies; wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, Berber carpet, garden tubs, and outside storage.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 to 5:30, and Saturday 10 to 5 and closed on Sunday.  Month to month leases are available for a 30% up charge and three month leases a 20% up charge.  Other lease terms begin with 6 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of from $50 to $65.  There is a deposit requirement of $300 to $500.  $150 to $250 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There are detached garages and carports available.  Carports are $25 per month and garages are $85.

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet.  $200 of the pet deposit is not refundable.  There is no per month per pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 25 pounds in weight.   Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

There is a senior discount.

 

Trash and pest control fees are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, and sewer.

If CENIZO FLATS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
