Without doubt one of the best properties in the area.

The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a fitness center. There is a business center. There is a clubhouse. There is a perimeter fence with access gates. There is a swimming pool with barbeque grills and picnic area. There are clothes care centers. Park and ride is nearby and there is school bus pickup. There are attached and detached garages. There is covered parking. There is on site management and package receiving.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include 9 foot ceilings and crown molding with ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. There are washer dryer connections. Select units have wood burning fire places, Berber carpet, patios or balconies, outside storage, built in bookcases and walk in closets. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service. There are intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, 12, 13, and 14 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40 to $45 with a deposit requirement of $250. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Washer dryers are available for rental at $40 per month.
There is covered parking available at $40 per month. There are detached garages available at $85 per month. Attached garages are included in the rent.
Pets are allowed with a $350 to $550 deposit per pet. $250 to $350 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a $15 per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 30 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Pest control is paid by the property and there is a charge to tenants for trash, water and sewer.

If COLONIAL VILALGE AT HAVERHILL is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
