Please tell the on site leasing agent that you found the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application when you decide on your new home.  The standard lease application in use (after many informational questions) asks how you found the apartment.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  The application lists a number of alternatives.  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  This will not effect your application in anyway.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a swimming pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi.  There is a clubhouse.  There are laundry rooms.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Unit amenities include mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have pantries, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves.  Select units have built in bookshelves, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, dry or wet bar, and a patio or balcony.

 

Washer dryers are available for rental.

 

The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5, and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 6, 9, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35.  There is a deposit requirement of $200 to $250 which refundable.  You need to make 3 times the rent or have a co-signer that makes this qualification.

 

There is no reserved parking or garages.  Washer dryers are available for rent I the amount of $35 per month.

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 per pet deposit.  $200 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets of no more than 25 pounds each.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, and first time renters.

 

Pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water, and sewer.

If CONTOUR PLACE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
