Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

Units have nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, ceiling fans, and mini-blinds for window treatments.  The gourmet kitchens have disposals, pantries, dishwashers, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and microwaves.  There are balconies or patios and walk in closets.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.  The properties description is as follows:

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $45.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of $100 to $200.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is assigned covered parking available. Garages are available.

 

Pets are allowed with a $350.  $175 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is a $10 per pet per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets.   Certain breeds are restricted.  Pets are limited to 70 pounds. 

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

Pest control fees are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, sewer, and trash removal.  Electric, cable, telephone, and internet are at the expensive of the tenant.

 

Directions:

 

Traveling West on Loop 1604, exit Blanco Road. Stay on the access road and pass through the light. We are on the right-hand side, just past the Vineyards shopping center.

 

Traveling East on Loop 1604, exit Blanco Road and turnaround so that you’re traveling West. Stay on the access road and we are on the right-hand side, just past the Vineyards shopping center.

From 1604 go north on Stone Oak Parkway, then turn left on Hardy Oak Blvd.  We are on the left.

If COSTA BELLA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
