Why Dakota?
Dakota Apartments are located on Hillcrest across from Crossroads Mall. Hillcrest leads directly to St. Mary’s University. Dakota is also just south of the South Texas Medical Center. The property has furnished apartments and accepts short term leases. These apartments were built in 1979. There are 117 units.
Children presently attend Baskin Elementary, Longfellow Middle School, and Jefferson High School of the San Antonio Independent School District.

The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There is a barbeque grill and picnic area. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There are clothes care centers. The property is on the school bus pick up route and park and ride is nearby.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have walk in closets, outside storage, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service. Furnished units are available.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Saturday 8 to 5 and closed Sunday. Lease terms available are 1 and 6 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $15 with a deposit requirement of from $125 to $175. $15 of the deposit is not refundable.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short terms leases.
The property offers furnished units.
Pest control and trash are paid by the property.

If DAKOTA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
