De Zavala Oaks Apartments are located very near the UTSA and north of the South Texas Medical Center. The property has furnished apartments and accepts short term leases. These apartments were built in 1999. There are 352 units.
Children presently attend Boone Elementary, Rudder Middle School, and Clark High School of the Northside Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There is a fitness center, basketball court and volleyball court. There is a clubhouse and social activities. There is a barbeque grill and picnic area. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There are clothes care centers. The property is on the school bus pick up route. The property has handicapped modifications.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have a place to eat, pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. Select units have wood burning fire places, walk in closets, outside storage, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service. Washer dryers are available for rental. There are intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, 13, 14, and 15 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a deposit requirement of from $150 to $300. ou need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $300 per pet deposit. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pet less than 25 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short terms leases.
Pest control and trash are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water, and sewer.
Directions:
Take I-410 West and make take the I-10 West exit towards El Paso/San Angelo. Traveling north and west on I H 10 take The De Zavala Exit. At De Zavala Road, turn west (left), the property will be on the right.

If DE ZAVALA OAKS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
