Why Elm Hollow Apartments?

 

Elm Hollow is a nice quiet property with a country atmosphere.  It is located in Helotes, home of Floore’s Country Store.  You can see Willey Nelson perform there.  The apartment was built in 2001.  There are 252 units.

 

Children presently attend Helotes Elementary, Jensen Middle School, and O’Connor High School of the Northside Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There property has a perimeter fence with access gates.  There are detached garages and covered parking.  There is a swimming pool and water volleyball and barbeque grills and picnic area.  There is a clubhouse, business center, and fitness center.  There are laundry rooms.  There is a swimming pool.  There is school bus pickup and park and ride is nearby.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans, mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have a pantry and a place to eat, self cleaning ovens, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and frost free refrigerator with ice maker.  Other apartment amenities include built in bookshelves, patios or balconies; wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, and outside storage.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4.  Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $30.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of $150 to $250.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There are detached garages and carports available.  Carports are $25 per month and garages are $75.

 

Pets are allowed with a $200 to $500 deposit per pet.  $150  to $250 of the pet deposit is not refundable.  There is no per month per pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 50 pounds in weight.   Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

The property accepts short term leases.

 

There is a senior discount.

 

Pest control fees are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, sewer, and trash.  Electricity, natural gas, cable television, telephone, and internet are at the expensive of the tenant.

 

Directions:

 

From Loop 1604, take the Bandera Road exit (Highway 16).  Proceed north on Bandera and you will find the property is about 1.5 miles on the right.

If ELM HOLLOW is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.
