Why Enclave at 1550 Apartments?
The apartments were built in 1996. There are 127 units. The property accepts short term leases.
Children presently attend Castle Hills Elementary, Nimitz Middle School, and Lee High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a clubhouse and swimming pool. There is a fitness center. There are access gates and a perimeter fence. There is covered parking. There is maid service.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have outside storage, walk in closets, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.
Short term leases are accepted.
Furnished units are available.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5:30, Saturday 11 to 4, and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of from $40 with a deposit requirement of from $350. $50 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $500 per pet deposit. $250 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 50 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short terms leases.
Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property.

If THE ENCLAVE AT 1550 is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
