Hill at Woodway Apartments are located near office buildings at the convergence of IH 10 and Fredericksburg. These apartments were built in 1985. There are 248 units.
Children presently attend Boone Elementary, Rudder Middle School, and Clark High School of the Northside Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is swimming pool, hot tub, and water volleyball. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There are barbeque grills and picnic areas. There are clothes care centers. There are social activities and a video library. There is on site management and package reception. There is school bus pickup.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. Select units have vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, outside storage, and patios or balconies. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service. There are intrusion alarms. Washer dryers are available for rental.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and 10 to 5 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a deposit requirement of $200. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Washer dryers are available for rental at $35 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $350 per pet deposit. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a no pet rent and you are limited to two pets. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
There is a senior discount.
Pest control and trash are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
Take the Huebner exit on IH-10 West. Turn left on Huebner and go to Fredericksburg Road. Turn right on Fredericksburg Road and go 1 block to Prue Road. Turn left on Prue. Go 1 block and turn right on Laureate. The property is at the end of the street.

If HILL AT WOODWAY is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
