The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a fitness center, mountain bikes, and a swimming pool. There is a perimeter fence. There is a coffee bar, social activities, and a video library. There are clothes care centers. There is covered parking. There are barbeque grills and a picnic area. The property is on the school bus pick up route.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. Select units have vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, outside storage, built in bookshelves and patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service. The property is sub metered so that residents qualify for commercial electric rates.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and 10 to 5 on Saturday and 1 to 5 on Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $45 to $60 with a deposit requirement of from $150 to $200. $75 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times he rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Covered parking is available for $30 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $400 per pet deposit. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is $10 per month pet rent and you are limited to one pet less than 35 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
There is a senior discount.
The property accepts short terms leases.
The property offers a guest suite or corporate housing.
Pest control and trash are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
Take IH-10 toward Loop 1604. Exit Huebner, go west on Huebner past Fredericksburg Rd. Go one mile to Floyd Curl and turn left. The property is 1/4 mile on the right.

If HYPERION is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
