To me
this picture says a lot about why I like Iron Horse Valley. It is just off
Loop 410, one of San Antonio’s busiest freeways. Yet because the property is
set far back from the highway, it remains tranquil. It actually feels like a
country setting rather than urban San Antonio. Next, it is very close to Fort
Sam Houston, Alamo Heights, Quarry Market and many other attractive features of
the northeast side of San Antonio. It is also not far from Randolph.

Iron Horse Valley is a gated access community with 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a clubhouse, fitness center and business center. The property is pre-wired for cable television and high speed internet service. There are Barbeque grills and picnic areas. There is a tennis court, swimming pools, and whirlpool spa. There are clothes care centers. The property is on the Northeast School District school bus routes. Park and ride is nearby. The property has a perimeter fence. Social activities are scheduled. There is a sports court.
Individual units have central air conditioning. There are wood burning fire places. The kitchens have microwave oven and frost free refrigerators. There are dishwashers and disposals in the units. The kitchens have a pantry. There are washer dryer connections. There are oversized walk-in closets. Some units have vaulted ceilings. There are mini-blinds on the windows.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 to $38 with deposits ranging from $200 to $250 depending on the apartment size. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three and one half times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking. There are no garages available.
Pets are allowed with a $350 to $450 deposit per pet depending on size and type of pet. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 25 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, first time renters and short term leases. Trash pick up and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to the renter for water and sewer.
Iron Horse Valley offers military and senior discounts.

If Iron Horse Valley is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
