Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There is a tennis court, volleyball court, sports court, and basketball court. There is a clubhouse and high speed internet service. There is school bus pickup and a playground. There is a perimeter fence with access gates. There are clothes care centers. There is covered parking. Some units are handicap modified.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals and microwaves. Select units have walk in closets, wood burning fire places, a patio or balcony, and outside storage. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $300. $50 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Covered parking is available.
Pets are allowed with a deposit of $300 to $450 of which $150 is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 35 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
Pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to tenants for trash, water, and sewer.
Directions:
Exit Loop 410 at Ingram. Turn right on Ingram, proceed to the first light and continue on Wurzbach Road. Proceed .5 mile to Timberhill and turn left. Turn left on Borderbrook, the property is on the right.

If KENTON PLACE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
