Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 to 5:00 Saturday 10 to 5 and 1 to 5 on Sunday. Lease terms available are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $50 with deposits ranging from $200 to $350 depending on the apartment size. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking. Covered parking is available at a cost of $35 per month. Detached garages are available for $75 per month. There are no attached garages. Washer dryers are available for rent at a cost of $35 per month.
Pets are allowed without a deposit, but with a fee of $300 to $400 per pet which is not refundable. There is pet rent of $10 per month per pet and you are limited to two pets with a 75 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, first time renters and short term leases. Pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to the renter for trash pickup, water and sewer.
Directions:
The property is located on Treeline Drive. To get to Treeline, take the Sunset Road exit off Interstate 37/U.S. 281. On Sunset turn come east to Treeline where you turn right. Turn right on Treeline and we are the first apartment on the left.

If Keystone at Alamo Heights is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
