Now, why should you consider Mansions at Canyon Springs as your new home?

 

Why Mansions at Canyon Springs?  The Mansions at Canyon Springs is a brand new property being completed in the Stone Oak development north of San Antonio’s Loop 1604 off highway 281. The property is being developed by Western Rim as one of its “mansions” product.  Western Rim is one of Austin’s premier luxury builders.  The property has everything from 11 foot ceilings to hardwood floors.  The first building and one villa, acting as a leasing office, are now open.  These pictures were taken at the opening open house in June 2007.  The first pictures are of a one story villa and the second of one of the apartments in the midrise.  The property will be divided into two separate communities, with one being senior.  They will have two separate clubhouses.  It appears the standard apartment units are being finished first, though the Senior units are referred to as Phase or Part One.

 

So again, why Mansions?   It has first class style.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home.  The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Polices:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 8, Saturday 8 to 8 and Sunday 10 to 7. Minimum lease term is 7 months and maximum of 26 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $50 with deposits ranging from $200 to $500 depending on the apartment size.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit per pet.  $250 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is pet rent if you have two pets of $20 per month and you are limited to two pets.  Certain breeds are restricted.  There is no weight limit or pet interview required.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, first time renters and short term leases. Pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to the renter for water, sewer and trash.

You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)
