Marquis at the Quarry is a great property because of its location, its management, its modern construction, and its pricing.   The property is in the Quarry Market area of Alamo Heights.  CWS is the manager.  The property was built in 1994 and has all the modern amenities.  The pricing by CWS represents one of the best values in the Quarry Market and Cementville area.  Altogether this is a prime property in a prime location.

The property was building in 1994 and is composed of 224 units.  The property is gated with limited access gates.  There are detached garages with remotes, extra storage and carports are available.  There is a clause for home buyers in the lease.  There is a resort style pool with sundeck and 24 hour fitness center with cable TV.  There are picnic areas with barbeque grills.  The property maintains community events on a monthly basis.  There is a playground area and the property is within the Alamo Heights School District.

 

The units contain elegant crown moldings with designer white appliances.  The units have eight foot ceilings.  There is accent wall painting with Texas sized closets and windows.  The units have keyless deadbolts.  The units are equipped with audible alarms with optional monitoring.  The units are pre-wired for multiple phone lines and cable and high speed internet.  There is upgraded Berber carpet.  There are custom designed walk-in showers.  Units have a separate utility room.  There is a tile entry to the unit.  The kitchens have oversized islands with walk-in panties. All unites have washer dryer connections with large patio and balconies

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 to 5:00 Saturday 10 to 5 and 1 to 5 on Sunday.  Lease terms available are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $50 with deposits ranging from $200 to $350 depending on the apartment size.  $150 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is no reserved parking.  Covered parking is available at a cost of $35 per month.  Detached garages are available for $75 per month.  There are no attached garages.   Washer dryers are available for rent at a cost of $35 per month.

 

Pets are allowed without a deposit, but with a fee of $300 to $400 per pet which is not refundable.  There is pet rent of $10 per month per pet and you are limited to two pets with a 75 pound per pet weight limit.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, first time renters and short term leases.  Pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the renter for trash pickup, water and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

The property is located on Treeline Drive.  To get to Treeline, take the Sunset Road exit off Interstate 37/U.S. 281.  On Sunset turn come east to Treeline where you turn right.  Turn right on Treeline and we are the first apartment on the left.

If Marquis at the Quarry is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
