Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $300. $150 to $300 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Washer and dryers are available for rental at $40 per month.
There is covered parking and garages both attached and free standing available for rental. Covered parking is $40 per month and detached garages are $85 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $300 to $400 per pet deposit. $300 to $400 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent. You are limited to two pets under 75 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Pest control is paid for by the property. There is a charge for trash removal, water, and sewer.
There is a corporate apartment available for rent.
The property accepts short term leases.
There is a senior discount.

From Hwy 281 North, exit Loop 1604 West. Proceed west to Bitters Road/Rogers Ranch Parkway. Exit and go north on Rogers Ranch Parkway. Turn left on Treble Creek into the Rogers Ranch Business Park. Take first right onto our drive.

If MARQUIS AT ROGERS RANCH is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
