Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a fitness center and swimming pool. There is a picnic area with barbeque grill and a playground for children. There is school bus pickup. There is a perimeter fence with access gates. There is a clubhouse with coffee bar. There is reserved parking and covered parking available. There are clothes care centers. Some units are handicap modified.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have self cleaning ovens, pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have outside storage, walk in closets, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service. There are intrusion alarms.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
Short term leases are accepted.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5, and closed on Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a deposit requirement of from $150. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Washer dryers are available for rental at $30 per month.
Reserved parking is available and covered parking is $15 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $300 per pet deposit. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a $10 per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 25 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
There is a senior discount.
The property accepts short terms leases.
Pest control is paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water and sewer.

From I-410-Loop take Exit 14C to Babcock Rd. going west. Continue on NW I-410-Loop and turn right on Babcock Rd. Make another right turn on Wurzbach Rd. and turn left on Von Scheele Dr.

If MEDICAL CENTER APARTMENTS are not the apartments for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
