Why should I consider living
at the Meridian?
The Meridian is arguably one of San Antonio’s most prestigious addresses. The Meridian was built in 1997 and has 146 units. The property overlooks the Quarry Golf Course and is located in the Quarry Market part of Alamo Heights or 78209. There is a lot to offer here and in the surrounding Alamo Heights Quarry area. The Meridian is a fun place to tour, even if you are just considering the area. The Meridian is the only property that I know of that features local food delivery from San Antonio’s famous Paesanos Restaurant. There is a doorman on duty at this property. The apartments on the south side of the project feature beautiful views of the Quarry golf course. Let’s go take a look.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a clubhouse, reading library, and social activities. There is a perimeter fence and access gate. There is a swimming pool and barbeque grill and picnic area. There is a fitness center. There is a business center with conference room and high speed internet. There is maid service, valet trash service, and guest suite. There is a parking garage with reserved parking covered parking. There are elevators.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include Berber carpet, nine foot ceilings with crown molding, ceiling fans, and mini-blinds for window treatments. The gourmet kitchens have a place to eat, custom cabinetry, pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. Select units have wood burning fireplaces, garden tubs, built in bookshelves, ceramic tile, walk in closets, outside storage, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
There are intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, Wednesdays 9 to 7, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed on Sunday. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of from $40 to $50 with a deposit requirement of from $1105 to $3450. $350 to $695 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make 3 times the rent or have a co-signer that makes this qualification.
Washer dryers are available for rental at $35 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $600 to $900 per pet deposit. $300 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 20 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Pest control is paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water and sewer.

If MERIDIAN is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
