Why Mira Vista at La Cantera

 

The apartment complex was built in 1999.  There are 390 units.  This is one of San Antonio’s ten most unique apartments with incredible views of the La Cantera golf course, Fiesta Texas, UTSA, and San Antonio.

 

Children presently attend Monroe May Hills Elementary, Rawlinson Middle School, and Clark High School of the Northside Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here."  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a resort style swimming pool and hot tub.  There is a clubhouse, fitness center and business center.  There is perimeter fence with controlled access entry.   There are clothes care centers.  There is a basketball court, golf putting green, sauna, and volleyball court.  There is a sports court and tennis court.  There is a playground for children.  There are attached garages and covered parking.  There are social activities.  There are barbeque grills and picnic areas.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans, and mini-blinds for window treatments.  The gourmet kitchens have disposals, panties, dishwashers, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and microwaves,.  There are balconies or patios and walk in closets.  Select units have vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, laminate floors, built in bookcases and outside storage.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.  Washer dryers are available for rental.

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 6:00, and Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 5.  Lease terms available are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 11, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of $200 to $400.  $35 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is covered parking available for $35 per month.  Attached garages rent for $65 per month.

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 to $600 per pet deposi.  $200 to $300 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is a 2% per month per pet rent and you are limited to two pets.   Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

The property offers furnished corporate apartments.  The property accepts short term leases.

 

There is a senior discount available.

 

Pest control fees are e paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, sewer, and trash removal.  Electric, cable, telephone, and internet are at the expensive of the tenant.

If MIRA VISTA AT LA CONTERA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
