Why should I live at the Montecristo?
Montecristo is located conveniently at fabulous Stone Oak along 1604. Because of its direct access along 1604, it is not subject to some of the traffic difficulties of some other properties in Stone Oak. Montecristo is also very convenient to the new retail and restaurant boom at Stone Oak. It is a new property, built in 2005. It has all the modern apartment construction amenities. It consists of 358 units. From the Montecristo you can commute as far as Randolph Air Force Base or school at UTSA along 1604.
Children presently attend Redland Oaks Elementary, Bush Middle School, and Reagan High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you found the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use (after many informational questions) asks how you found the apartment. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” The application lists a number of alternatives. You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. This will not effect your application in anyway. Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. The property has a beautiful poolside cabana with shaded seating and cooling misters. There is a barbeque grill and picnic area. There is a resort styled clubroom with multi media features. There is a business center with computers, printers, fax, and wireless internet. There is a conference room. There is a state of the art fitness center. There is a billiard table and room. There is a clothes care center and pet park. The property has a perimeter fence and access gates. The property is pre-wired for high speed internet service, cable television and telephone.
Unit Amenities:
All the units have 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, ceiling fans, upgraded carpet, and mini-blinds for window treatments. There are spacious walk in closets. The kitchens have upgraded designer black appliances, including double sink, dishwashers, disposals, and frost free refrigerators with ice maker, and microwave ovens. The kitchens have pantries. There is brushed nickel hardware fixtures. There are linen closets. The units have large oval garden bathtubs. All units have washer dryer connections. There is covered parking and detached garages. Selected units have French doors leading to oversized private terraces, wood burning fireplaces, additional storage, and computer niches. There are intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 7:00, Friday 9:00 to 6:00, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 7 and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40 to $50 with deposits ranging from $150 to $350 depending on the apartment size. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $350 deposit per pet. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 70 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, and first time renters. Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to the renter for water and sewer.

From Hwy. 281 N exit Loop 1604 W. Stay on access road and turn right on Twin Oaks.

If MONTECRISTO is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
