Why Oaks of Northgate Apartments?
Oaks of Northgate are near the Medical Center. The apartments were in 1986. There are 276 units.
Children presently attend Oak Hills Terrace Hills Elementary, Neff Middle School, and Marshall High School of the Northside Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
There is 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. There is a sports court and clubhouse. There are laundry rooms. There is school bus pickup. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There is covered parking.
Unit Amenities:
Units have ceiling fans, mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have walk in closets, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, and a patio or balcony. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35. There is a deposit requirement of $100 to $200. $45 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make 3 times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 of the pet deposit is not refundable. There is no per month per pet rent and you are limited to one pet. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
Natural gas, trash, and pest control fees are paid for by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
Take Loop 410 to Babcock. Go north on Babcock to Eckert Road. Take a left on Eckert and then a left on Oakdell Way. We are on the right.

If OAKS OF NORTHGATE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
