The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There clubhouse and social activities. There is a billiard room. There is a business center with high speed internet.. There is covered parking, and attached and detached garages. There are clothes care centers. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There is school bus pickup. There is a barbeque grill and picnic area. The property is pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have built in bookshelves, wood burning fire places, outside storage, computer niches, walk in closets, ceramic tile, garden bath tubs, and patio or balcony.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, Saturday 10 to 6 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40 to $50 with a deposit of $200 to $400. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Washer dryers are available for rental at $30 per month.
There are detached and attached garages. Detaches garages rent for $75 per month. Covered parking is $35 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets per apartment under 25 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Trash pickup and pest control are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.

If PALERMO is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
