Why Park at Ventana?
Located near Starcrest and Loop 410 near the Baptist Northeast Hospital this property was built in 1974 and has 319 units. The property was renovated in 2005. Students attend Serna Elementary, Garner Middle School and Mac Arthur High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

There is a junior Olympic swimming pool, beautiful mature oak trees, and spacious landscaped grounds. There are barbeque and picnic areas. The property has town homes and flats. There are one, two and three bedroom units. The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance and state of the art clothes care centers.
Unit Amenities:
The units have been upgraded with designer flooring, duo-tone paint, three inch baseboards, upgraded cabinetry, new appliances, and lighting fixtures. Hollywood style baths are available. There are large wardrobe closets.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, Saturday and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 6 and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a refundable deposit of $150. You need to make two times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is reserved parking with covered parking available.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 30 pound per pet weight limit.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters. Utilities including electric, gas, trash, water, sewer, and pest control are paid by the property.
Directions:
From North East Loop 410, exit Starcrest Drive and go to the North. After approximately one (1) mile, turn right on Barrington Drive. The Park at Ventana Apartment Homes and park-like setting is on the right located in the prestigious Marymont residential area.

If PARK AT VENTANA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
