Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There are three swimming pools. There is a clubhouse and social activities. There are clothes care centers. There are barbeque grills and a picnic area. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There is school bus pickup. There is covered parking and reserved parking. The property is pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators. Select units have outside storage, walk in closets, and patio or balcony.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 3, 6, 8, 10, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $25 with a deposit of $125 to $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Covered parking is available.
Pets are allowed with a $300 to $450 deposit per pet. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets per apartment with a 30 pound weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
There is a senior discount.
Trash and pest control are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
From IH-37, exit west on SW Military Drive. Go West on Military Drive to S Flores. Go 1 block to Dickson to Pollyanna entrance.

If POLLYANNA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
