Unit amenities include 9 foot ceilings with ceiling fans and mini-blinds for window treatments.  There are large walk in closets.  The units have instruction alarms and are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet.  The kitchens have pantries, dishwashers, disposals, and frost free refrigerators with ice makers and microwaves.  Selected units have vaulted ceilings, ceramic tiled entries, built-bookshelves, and or wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, and patios or balconies.  Washer dryers are available for rental.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $40 to $45 with a refundable deposit of from $100 to $300.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is assigned covered parking available. 

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 to $600 deposit.  $150 to $300 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 30 pound per pet weight limit.  Certain breeds are restricted. 

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.  Pest control is paid by the property.

 

There are military and preferred employer discounts.

 

Corporate or guest suites are available for rental.

If PROMONTORY POINTE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
