Why Rancho Mirage?

 

Located on the west side of the Medical Center this property was built in 1974 this has 264 units.  Students attend Oak Hills Terrace Elementary, Neff Middle School and Marshall High School of the Northside Independent School District.

There is a clubhouse, playground, and swimming pool.  There is a basketball court and a tennis court. The property has townhome and flat style apartments.  There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments available.  The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance and clothes care centers.  There is reserved parking and covered parking.  There is school bus pickup.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have areas to eat in, pantries, dishwashers, disposals, and frost free refrigerators.  Selected units have built in bookcases, ceramic tile, outside storage, patios or balconies and walk in closets.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, 10 to 5 on Saturday and 1 to 5 on Sunday.  Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a refundable deposit of from $150 to $275.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is reserved parking and covered parking available.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet.  $150 the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 25 pound per pet weight limit.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.  Trash and pest control are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenant for water and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

From Loop 410 west, exit Babcock, turn north, crossing Medical. Left on Lamb, right on Oakdell Way, left on Danny Kaye and Rancho Mirage is 1/4 mile on your left.

If RANCHO MIRAGE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.

 

Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
