Please tell the on site leasing agent that you found the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use (after many informational questions) asks how you found the apartment. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” The application lists a number of alternatives. You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. This will not effect your application in anyway. Property Amenities:
The property has a parking garage and carports. There is 24 hour on site emergency maintenance. There is a business center, clubhouse, and fitness center.
Unit Amenities:
There are nine foot ceilings, walk in closets with shoe racks, and formal dining areas in select units. Opera balconies or large patios, floor to ceiling windows, and hard wood floors in select units. The kitchens have modern white on white appliances, including frost free refrigerator with ice maker, self cleaning ovens, dishwasher and disposal. There is custom wood cabinetry.
Apartment amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. Outside storage is available. There are full sized washer dryer connections. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service along with fire alarms and sprinklers.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5:30 and closed on Sunday. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Parking is assigned and some parking is covered.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to one pet under 20 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

From 1-37, exit Durango towards downtown then take first left onto Labor Street. The leasing office will be on the left.

If REFUGIO PLACE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
