Why Retreat at Canyon Springs?

 

Retreat at Canyon Springs is a luxury apartment built with all the modern apartment amenities and then some.  Retreat is located on the golf course of Canyon Springs Golf Club in Stone Oak.   Some units have really relaxing and tranquil views.  The clubhouse is one of the most impressive in all of San Antonio.  Retreat at Canyon Springs formerly the Mansion at Canyon Springs Golf Club was built in 2001 and has 360 units.  The property has recently been offering substantial discounts for new renters.  Some units have hard wood oak floors.  There are also four bedroom apartments here.  All units have garages.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you found the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application when you decide on your new home.  The standard lease application in use (after many informational questions) asks how you found the apartment.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  The application lists a number of alternatives.  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  This will not effect your application in anyway.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 7, Saturday 8 to 7 and Sunday 11 to 7.  Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $50.  There is a deposit requirement of from $200 to $500.  $100 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Attached garages are included in the rent.

 

Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit per pet.  $200 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is $15 per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

The property accepts short term leases.

 

There is a senior discount.

 

Pest control is paid by the property and there is a charge to tenants for trash, water and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

From Highway 281 North, proceed north past 1604.  At second light, turn left on Evans Road.  Go past Stone Oak Parkway.  This is now Canyon Golf Road.  Proceed approximately 1 mile.  Property located on the left.

My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
