Why should I choose Rosemont as my new apartment home?
Located just south of Olmos
Park on Hildebrand, Rosemont is a unique San Antonio apartment home. Because San
Antonio is an old city that has grown in all directions from its center, the roads
from San Antonio resemble spokes from a wheel hub. Hildebrand Street represents
a major cross link between two major spokes of the wheel, U.S. 281 and Interstate
37, and Interstate 10. These two roads will take you about anywhere in San Antonio
conveniently. By being just nestled north of downtown on this major connector,
Rosemont is in an excellent commuter position.
Rosemont’s location is not its only drawing card. Rosemont is a new property with all the modern amenities. It has tall ceilings with crown molding, garden tubs and modern appliances. Again, in and of itself being a modern property is not unique, but being located in the older part of San Antonio, close to downtown, it is.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Policies:
Rosemont was built in 1995. There are 143 units. The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday the office is closed. Lease terms available are 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of from $45 to $65 depending on the number of occupants. Deposits are required and they ranging from $250 to $400. $100 to $200 of the deposit is not refundable. The amount of the deposit requirements varies with the size of the apartment. You need to make two times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking but carports and both attached and detached garages are available. The fee for a carport is $35 and for a garage is $90. The community is gated.
Pets are allowed with a $400 to $600 deposit. $200 to $300 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a charge for pet rent of $10 per month. You are limited to two pets with a 35 pound per pet weight limit and certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, first time renters. Pest control fees are paid by the property and there is a charge to the renter for water and sewage.
Rosemont does have a senior discount.

From Interstate 37 (Highway 281) traveling south from the Airport towards Downtown, take the Hildebrand exit, turn right on Hildebrand and then right on Kendall just before McCullough.

If you do not think Rosemont is for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU. If you are willing to give me the time to show you personally at least three apartments (about an hour per apartment), we should find at least one you would like. I can also send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. I have two databases to look at properties.
