The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool and hot tub Jacuzzi. There is a fitness center and volleyball court. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. There are barbeque grills and picnic area. There are clothes care centers. There is school bus pickup. There is covered parking. There are handicap modified units.
Unit Amenities:
Units have mini blinds for window treatment. The kitchens have a place to eat, pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have walk in closets, a patio or balcony, and outside storage.
The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $25. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $300. $50 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make 2.5 times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Covered parking is available for $15 per month.
Pets are allowed with a deposit of $350 to $500 of which $150 is not refundable. There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 45 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
The property accepts short term leases.
Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to tenants for water and sewer.

Take IH-35 south and exit Eisenhauer Road. Go approximately 3 miles. Rosillo Creek is on the left.

If ROSILLO CREEK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
