Why Sendero Ridge?

 

Located north of 1604 off Redlands Road and near the intersection of 281 and 1604, Sendero Ridge is near all the new retail at the Northwoods.  Sendero Ridge has many amenities of new apartment construction.

 

The property was built in 2001 and there are 384 units.

 

Children presently attend Encino Park Elementary School, Tejeda Middle School, and Reagan High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

There is a resort style swimming pool.  There are tennis courts, basketball court, and volleyball courts.  There is a fitness center.  There are barbeque grills with picnic area.  There is a clubhouse with billard room.  There is a business center and conference room with high speed internet.  There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There property has a perimeter fence with access gates.  There are attached and detached garages, and covered parking.  There are laundry rooms.  There is school bus pickup.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans, mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have a pantry, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave.  Other apartment amenities include patios or balconies; wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, bay windows, and wet/dry bars.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.  The units have intrusion alarms.

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 6, 9, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $45 and a $65 administrative fee.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of $150 to $250 depending on the unit size leased. 

 

The property uses a credit based criteria to determine qualification for rental.  A co-signer can meet this qualification.

 

Carports are $30 per month.

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet.  $200 of the pet deposit is not refundable.  There is no per pet per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets.   Certain breeds are restricted and your pet must weigh less than 45 pounds.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

Pest control fees are paid for by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water, sewer, and trash.

If SENDERO RIDGE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
