Located on the west side of downtown on Santa Rosa, Towne Center is located within walking distance of the Santa Rosa hospitals and very near UTSA Downtown, as well as, San Antonio College.  Be sure and take a look at the map below for the property’s proximity.  There are 261 units in the property which was built in 1978.  The property has a reputation for good management and is owned by Stanley Hammer, Jr. & Co.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Property Amenities:

 

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  The property has a swimming pool, club house and laundry room.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

The kitchens have dishwashers and disposals.  There are intrusion alarms.  Other apartment amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments.   There are private balconies or patios.  Outside storage is available.  The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.  Some units have walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, closed Saturday and Sunday.  Lease terms available are 6 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $20.  There is a refundable deposit requirement of from $125 to $200.   You need to make two and one half times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is no assigned or covered parking.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet.  $75 to $100 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 40 pounds in weight.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.   There is a Senior citizen discount.  Trash and pest control is paid for by the property.

If SOAP WORKS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
