Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include nine foot ceilings with crown molding, ceiling fans, and mini-blinds for window treatments. The gourmet kitchens have a place to eat, ceramic tile, self cleaning ovens, pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, disposals, and microwaves. Select units have bay windows, built in bookshelves, vaulted ceilings, walk in closets, wood burning fire places, a patio or balcony, and outside storage. Bathrooms have garden tubs.
The units have a computer niche and are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
There are intrusion alarms.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $350. $75 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There are attached garages. There is reserved parking and covered parking available.
Pets are allowed with a deposit of $250 of which $250 is not refundable. There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
There is a senior discount.
Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
From Highway 281 North, exit 1604 West, exit at Blanco/Huebner Road and turn right. Propertyis on the right between Blanco Road and Stone Oak Parkway.

If STONE MANOR AT SONTERRA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
