It is well situated on Stone Oak Parkway, the center of the new north central San Antonio.  It is just north of the fabulous Club at Sonterra.  The property wsa built in 1999 and has 248 units.  Students presently attend Stone Oak Elementary, Bush Middle School and Reagan High  School of the Northeast School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. There is a clubhouse, swimming pool, and hot tub.  The property has a fitness center.  There is a business center.  There are detached garages.  There is school bus pickup.  There is a perimeter fence and access gates.  There are clothes care centers.  The property is pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet. 

 

Unit amenities include nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments and walk in closets.  The kitchens have self cleaning ovens, dishwashers, disposals, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and microwave oven. The kitchens have pantries.   Selected units have outside storage, built in bookcases, ceramic tile, patios or balconies, and wood burning fire places.  The units have instruction alarms.  Washer dryers are available for rental.

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5.  Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $45 with a refundable deposit of $150 to $300.  $75 of the deposit is not refundable.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There are detached parking garages available for $75 per month. 

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet.  $200 the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 45 pound per pet weight limit.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.  There is a charge for trash pickup, water and sewer.  Pest control is paid by the property.

 

Directions:

 

From 1604, exit Stone Oak Parkway and turn North on Stone Oak Parkway. Proceed north approximately 1 mile and the property is on the left just past Huebner Road.

If TOSCANA AT SONTERRA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
