Why Villas?
Located near Starcrest and Loop 410 near the Baptist Northeast Hospital this property was built in 1966 and has 216 units. The property was renovated in 2005. Students attend Serna Elementary, Garner Middle School, and MacArthur High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
The office provides a concierge service for tickets and reservations. There are resident events and activities. There is covered parking. The property has a decorative perimeter fence. There are two swimming pools, beautiful mature oak trees, and spacious grounds. Overall the property has 42 unique floor plans that include townhomes, lofts, split levels, and flats. There are one, two, and three bedroom units. The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance and state of the art clothes care centers.
Unit Amenities:
The units have been upgraded with designer flooring, duo-tone paint, three inch baseboards, upgraded cabinetry, new appliances, and lighting fixtures. Some units have cathedral ceilings, fireplaces with mantels large wardrobe closets, and washer dryer connections. Select units have wine-cellars!
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday noon to 5. Lease terms available are 6 and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with a refundable deposit of $150. You need to make two times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is reserved parking with covered parking available.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 30 pound per pet weight limit.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Directions:
From North East Loop 410, exit Starcrest Road North. Turn left on the service road of Loop 410 and Villas at Ventana Apartment Homes is 1/10 mile on the right. Villas at Ventana is conveniently located off of North East Loop 410 (North East San Antonio) in the prestigious Marymont residential neighborhood.

If VILLAS AT VENTANA is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
