Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments. You are entitled to choose your representative. We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home. The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property. Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.” You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application. You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application. Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way. Property Amenities:
There is 24 hour emergency maintenance. The property has two swimming pools and hot tub Jacuzzi. The property has a perimeter fence and access gates. There is school bus pickup. There is a sand volleyball court and fitness center. There is a clubhouse. There is a picnic area with barbeque grills.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Other apartment amenities in select units include outside storage, balconies or patios, and walk in closets. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday closed. Lease terms available begin at 3 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $45 and a $75 administrative fee. There is a refundable deposit requirement of $125. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $350 deposit per pet. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a $10 per month per pet rent charge and you are limited to two pets with a 35 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, and first time renters.
There is a senior citizen discount.
Trash pickup and pest control are paid for by the property.
Directions:
Take Highway 281 north, exit Henderson Pass/Donella and turn right on Henderson Pass at the Northwoods Shopping Center. Continue approximately 1 1/2 miles and The Villas of Henderson Pass will be on your right.

If VILLAS OF HENDERSON PASS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
