Why Villas of Oak Hills?
Villas of Oak Hills is in the Medical Center. There are 57 units built in 1967. Children attend Colonies North Elementary School, Hobby Middle School and prestigious Clark High School, all of the Northside ISD.

Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a clubhouse, swimming pools, hot tub, and tennis court. The property is pre-wired for cable television and high speed internet. There are clothes care centers. Public and school transportation are nearby. The property has a perimeter fence.
Unit amenities include ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments and walk in closets. The kitchens have dishwashers, disposals, and frost free refrigerators with ice makers and microwaves. The kitchens have pantries. Selected units have outside storage, vaulted ceilings, patios or balconies, and wood burning fire places.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10:00 to 5:00 and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $40 with a deposit of $150 to $200. $50 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three and one half times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking or covered parking or garages.
Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is $10 per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 25 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Directions:
From Interstate 410-Loop West turn onto the Babcock Road Exit,(Exit #14C). Turn right onto Babcock Road and then turn right onto Louis Pasteur Drive then turn right on Salk Drive and then turn left on Oak Manor Drive.

If VILLAS OF OAKHILLS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
