Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool and a clubhouse. There is a business center and a fitness center. There are clothes care centers. There is covered parking. There is a playground.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans and mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have built in bookshelves, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fire places, a patio or balcony, and outside storage.
The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Washer dryers are available for rental.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, 11, 12, and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $30 to $35. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $250. $75 of the deposit is not refundable. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is covered parking.
Pets are allowed with a deposit of $300 of which $150 is not refundable. There is $10 per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 50 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
There is a corporate housing.
The property accepts short term leases.
Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to tenants for water and sewer.
Directions:
From I-410-Loop East take the I-35 North exit towards Austin. Merge on I-35 North. Take the O' Connor Rd./Wurzbach Parkway exit, which is Exit #169. Turn left on O’Connor Road

If WHISPERING HILLS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
