Students presently attend Harmony Hills Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School, and Churchill High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There are barbeque grills and a picnic area. There are laundry rooms. There is a clubhouse.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans and mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have built in vaulted ceilings, wood burning fire places, walk-in closets, outside storage, and patio or balcony.
The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 5. Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of from $40 to $50. There is a deposit requirement of from $150 to $300. You need to make 3 times the rent or have a co-signer that makes this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $300 to $400 per pet deposit. $150 to $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is a no per month pet rent and you are limited to two under 80 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Pest control is paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water, and sewer.
Directions:
Exit NW Loop 410 at Blanco Road. Go north to West Avenue. Whispering Oaks is approximately 1 mile past West Ave. on your right.

If WHISPERING OAKS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
