Why Whitewood Oaks?

 

The Whitewood Oaks Apartments are an all bills paid type property.  It was built in 1963 and remodeled in 1997.  There are 130 apartments.

 

Children attend Royalgate Elementary, Shepard Middle School and South San Antonio West Campus High School of the South San Antonio Independent School District.

Property Amenities:

 

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.  There is a perimeter fence.  There is a swimming pool, social activities, and a picnic area with barbeque grills.  There is covered parking.  There are clothes care centers.  There is school bus pickup.

 

Unit Amenities:

Unit amenities include nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans with mini-blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals.  Select units have built in bookshelves, wood burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, Berber carpet, outside storage, walk in closets, and a patio or balcony.   The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet service.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5, and closed on Saturday and Sunday.  Lease terms available are 3, 6, and 12 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35.  There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $200.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 to $600 deposit.  $100 to $200 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 20 pounds in weight.  Certain breeds are restricted.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.  This is an all bills paid property.  Electricity, natural gas, trash, pest control, water and sewer are paid for by the property.  Internet, cable, and telephone, if desired, are paid by the tenant.

If WHITEWOOD OAKS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
