Why Woodlands/River Oaks?

Woodland
Townhomes/River Oaks Condominiums are situated on 18 acres off Vance Jackson.
They are two 1980’s condominium projects that were not sold as condominiums but
converted to rental use. They are in a wooded “Hill Country” type setting.
Vance Jackson is a great residential street that parallels Interstate 10 and
Vance Jackson provides quick access to Interstate 10 and the rest of the city
of San Antonio. The property grounds are mature, immaculate landscaping that
creates a neighborhood relaxed setting.

Specials:
Woodlands/River Oaks has specials on select units only, but there is a special on every size floor plan.
First, as to the 619 square foot loft, you have three choices, either a $99 total move in with $625 as stated rent; or $595 a month with $240 off the first month; or $575 with no upfront discounts. All specials require one year lease.
Second, as to the 653 square foot one bedroom, you again have three choices. They are a $99 total move in with state rate of $675; or $645 per month with $250 off first month’s rent; or $625 straight through with no upfront discounts.
Third, as to the 858 square foot one bedroom, there are two choices either $300 off first month’s rent and a monthly rental rate of $765; or $740 straight through with no upfront discounts.
Fourth, as to the 1000 foot two bedroom, you have three choices, either a $99 total move in with a stated rent of $865; or $815 a month with $250 off the first month’s rent; or $795 per month with no upfront discounts.
Fifth, the 1001 square foot two bedrooms are being offered at $850.
Sixth, as to the 1,040 square foot two bedroom it is $980 a month with $300 off the first month’s rent or $880 a month.
Seventh, as to the 1,283 square foot three bedrooms they are offer at $1025 with no up front discount or a $199 total move in special with a rental rate of $1099.
Lastly, as to the 1,310 square foot three bedrooms, there are offered with a $399 total move in with a state rate of $1,145 or $1,060 with no upfront concessions.









Amenities:
There are courtesy officers on duty 24 hours a day at Woodlands and electronic gates at Rivers Oaks. There are three resort style swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts. There are picnic areas with Barbeque grills and play areas for children. Units have wood burning fire places, ceiling fans and washer dryer connections. Some units have vaulted ceilings and the Woodlands units have microwave ovens. There are private patios and balconies and wet and dry bars available.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 1 to 5. Lease terms available are 6, 12 and 18 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 with deposits ranging from $100 to $300 depending on the apartment size. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is no reserved parking.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $100 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets without a per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers, and first time renters. Pest control fees are paid by the property.
Directions:
Take Interstate 10 and exit Wurzbach. Go north to Vance Jackson and then west on Vance Jackson for approximately ¼ mile. We are on the north side of Vance Jackson.

If Woodland Townhomes/River Oaks Condominiums are not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day.
