The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There are clothes care centers. There is a clubhouse and swimming pool. There is covered parking. There is school bus pickup. There is covered parking. The property is pre-wired for cable television, telephone, and high speed internet.
Unit Amenities:
Unit amenities include ceiling fans and mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries and a place to eat in along with frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have walk in closets, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage and a patio or balcony.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed on Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 11, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $25 with a deposit of $150 to $250. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is covered parking.
Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets under 20 pounds in weight. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters. Pest control, natural gas, and trash pickup are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.
There is a senior citizen discount.
The property accepts short term leases.

I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.
